Inferno: Greed was a final project created for Comparative Media Poetics: Horror (December 2022) taught by Ian Jones. My first experience with Twine, this short story depicts one of the nine circles of hell inspired by Dante's Inferno.

While the story is unfinished, the full concept would have required players to figure out the correct set of actions to defeat their opponent in hopes to escape this purgatory death loop. Each defeat would have the player's body weaken, with each cut, bruise, and crushed bone carrying on to the next iteration. With each loss, however, their hunger for greed and dominance would only grow. To reach the end of the game, select the green words.

I hope to go back and finish this project one day, but for now I hope you enjoyed this short story :)
